Where is DJOBU HOSTED?

For US Government projects, in the Microsoft GCC High Cloud. Users must comply with all GCC High requirements, see Microsoft documentation for more details. Non-government projects are hosted in the Microsoft Commercial Cloud.

Specifically, each customer instance gets their own Power Apps Environment, Power BI Workspace, and Project Online SharePoint Site Collection within a TMS managed cloud tenant. Environments, workspaces, and site collections are not shared between customers. These assets are created when an agreement for Djbou services is executed and are deleted when the agreement is terminated.

What Licenses are Required?

None. Djobu is provided as a service and is billed either firm-fixed price or as a time and materials labor contract. TMS provides all necessary customer licenses.

What Access Do I need to Provide?

Completely up to you. It does make things easier if you do not restrict your users web access to their specific Power Platform assets in the High Cloud, including their Power BI and Power App sites and their Project Online Sharepoint site. Allowing a service principal access to project specific, read-only accounting, timesheet, or other project performance data is optional but it will allow us to automate monthly reporting. We are happy to work with you to implement any specific security protocols required by your organization.
